Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so within seven 14 calendar days from the date you receive it, provided it is in its original condition.

Please notify us by email in advance of any return request, including the reason for the return. All returned items must be sent using a tracked at your expense.

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item and confirmed it is in its original condition. Items that have been damaged cannot be refunded and will be returned to you at your expense.
